We send all orders through Australia Post’s eParcel Service unless you specify an alternate method (Express Post/Courier/International).

If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery your letterbox will be carded. You can then call Australia Post to arrange collection or attend the specified branch on the card to pick up your parcel.

You can track your order online once it has been dispatched using the tracking system provided. You will need to login to your account click on My Account and go to My Order History.

We know how frustrating it is to receive items in the wrong size, colour or that are not a quality finish. For this reason, we inspect every item ordered prior to shipping, as part of our standard quality assurance policy.

However, should you receive a product that is not what you ordered or defective we have made it as easy as possible to return items to Revolution Baby, for a replacement.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, complete, and in the original packaging within 14 days of the date you received the items. Clothing must have original labels attached and footwear must be in the manufacturers’ original box/packaging.

We can normally process your return or exchange very quickly. However, please allow up to 14 days to process your request during busier periods.

Note: Revolution Baby reserves the right to refuse a return if the following returns or exchange guidelines are not met.

We strive to offer the best service we can.  But, very occasionally, things will go wrong. If you receive an item that's damaged, or defective, you can return it to us, free of charge, for a replacement or full refund. If you elect to receive a replacement item, we will pay the delivery costs in returning the defective item and dispatch the replacement free of any delivery charge. 

To return product you will need to lodge a Product Return Form. All returns sent without a returns number will not be accepted by our returns team. You will automatically receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorisation Number. We will contact you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to determine the nature of your return, arrange a replacement or refund and a reply paid returns address.

When returning product you will need to:

1.    Lodge a Product Return Form. We will not accept delivery of returned products without a completed Product Return Form.

2.    Pack returning items in original condition, unused, complete and with all original packaging i.e original labels attached etc.

3.    Include a printed copy of the Return Authorisation confirmation email.

4.    Send your return with the Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the outside of your parcel to Revolution Baby. All returns sent without a returns number will not be accepted by our returns team. 

When we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the new item to you.

Please note:we cannot provide a refund for items whereby the 'Instructions of Use' have not been followed correctly.

If you wish to exchange an item, for example for a different size, you will need to lodge a Product Return Form. You will automatically receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorisation Number.

If for any reason we are out of stock of a product you wish to exchange, we will contact you, within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), by phone or email to discuss an alternative.

When returning products for exchange you will need to:

  • Lodge a Product Return Form. We will not accept delivery of returned products without a completed Product Return Form. Lodge a Product Return Form now.
  • Pack returning items in original condition, unused, complete and with all original packaging i.e original labels attached etc.
  • Include a pre-paid bag AND a printed copy of the Return Authorisation confirmation email.
  • Send your return with the Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the outside of your parcel to Revolution Baby. All returns sent without a returns number will not be accepted by our returns team.

When we receive the returned item and pre-paid bag, we will dispatch the new item to you. Please remember that you are only able to exchange products within 14 days of the date you received them.

Revolution Baby will not cover the cost of return postage, unless we have agreed to do so in advance. For items over $100 in value, we strongly recommend using Australia Post registered delivery or your local equivalent, as we cannot be responsible for items you return to us, that do not arrive.

Please complete the Product Return Form, include the Return Authorisation confirmation email inside your parcel and the Returns Authorisation Number clearly mark on the outside of your parcel.

All returns and refunds will be subject to a quality inspection. Should products not be returned in original condition an exchange or refund will not be accepted.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


What do we mean by original condition?

To return an item or items to us, under our Returns and Exchanges policy, the items must be brand new and in the condition they were sent to you.

Items must have:

  • Their original labels and tags
  • Boxes and packaging as supplied by the manufacturer. This is especially important for shoe and boot boxes, which must be unmarked.
  • The plastic bag they arrived in, complete with the stock label.
  • All parts, instruction leaflets, spares and components.

Items must not:

  • Have been used or worn
  • Be dirty, soiled or wet
  • Be marked, damaged or scratched.
